Dale Etheridge, 32, is the first person to move into the Lovell Homes site at Nar Valley Park, after falling in love with the house and its central position in the town centre, making it closer to Dale’s work and for social activities.
Dale moved in to his two bedroom home in June and loves how quiet the area is, moving from a smaller property just outside King’s Lynn. Dale fell in love with the new build home which includes two spacious bedrooms, a living room with French doors to the rear garden, kitchen/dining room and family bathroom.
Dale said: “The best thing about a new build is that it doesn’t need any work – I just put some curtains up and it was ready to live in! Having a warranty too is great for peace of mind and I only had a few snags which were very quickly sorted and the aftercare has been exceptional from the Lovell team. The whole process of buying a new home from Lovell has been so easy and Hailey and the Lovell team have been fantastic with the hamper a welcome bonus when I moved in. My favourite room is the lounge as it overlooks the garden and the sun shines through.”
Dale adds: “I was born and bred in King’s Lynn and love the area as it is in a great location for getting to the coast too, and I think King’s Lynn is a real up and coming area. Liquor and Loaded is one of my favourite places for food as they do amazing burgers, I go to Lynn Sport to the gym and I love music so am often at one of the pubs or music venues.”
