Regional partnerships developer Lovell has been awarded an In-house Gold Award in the South Wales and West of England for the third year in a row, in recognition of the outstanding customer service it delivered throughout 2022.
Wholly independent and based purely on customer feedback, the In-house Award recognises the committed approach to customer service and consistently high building standards Lovell delivers.
Between 1st January and 31st December 2022, every Lovell customer was given the chance to complete a telephone survey, giving them a fair and equal opportunity to provide feedback on their experience of buying a new Lovell home.
Lovell was awarded Gold because out of those that responded, 91 per cent of customers said that they would recommend Lovell to a friend, relative or colleague based on their buying experience.
