Promotion to Field Sales Manager For David
Many of our home owners will know David from his time working at King’s Lynn, Holt and Acle, but now David has been promoted to field sales manager following his hard work over the past four years.
We caught up with David to find out about his new role…
Congratulations on your new role. Can you tell us about what it involves?
I am covering all Lovell sites in the region, supporting our sales executives. It is my job to support them and make sure they have all the tools they need to do their job and sell homes. I also am involved in the conveyance and legal side too.
Does it involve a lot of travel?
Yes it does. It is really important to get out in person to meet everyone and see the sites. I don’t mind though and it is lovely we can be out again!
When did you first join Lovell?
In 2018, starting as a sales executive at Nar Valley Park at King’s Lynn, then Heath Farm at Holt for three years, before becoming a senior sales executive in 2021 and looking after our wonderful site at Acle. I was an estate agent before joining Lovell.
What has kept you with Lovell all this time?
It is the way we are treated to and spoken to – they treat us like people and genuinely care about us and our progression. Of course, we have fantastic customer service and the quality of our homes is fantastic.
