We have just released a raft of new homes for reservation at our sites across Norfolk, ready for occupation from Spring next year. The new homes include a selection of two, three and four bedroom houses and two and three bedroom bungalows, starting from £225,000.
We caught up with Simon Medler, our Regional Managing Director, who said: “Demand for new homes remains buoyant, despite the difficult economic times, and we are delighted to be releasing these new homes for reservation at three of our most popular sites across the county. New releases have been announced at St Edmund’s Park in Acle, William’s Park in Wymondham and Bowlers Green in Hopton-on-Sea.
St Edmund’s Park in Acle is in a prime location a few minutes from the railway station and at the gateway to the Norfolk Broads. The site is also a short walk to the town centre. It offers a selection of two, three and four bedroom homes starting from £250,000.
At Bowlers Green in Hopton-on-Sea, a range of quality two, three and four bedroom houses and two and three bedroom bungalows have now been released with prices starting from just £225,000. Bowlers Green is situated at the UK’s most easterly point, between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft, and is a partnership between house builder Lovell and Norfolk County Council’s development company, Repton Property Developments. The popular William’s Park, Wymondham site has a mixture of three and four bedroom houses starting from £302,500 now available to purchase with a first time buyers’ package available on selected plots, which feature a tempting £4,000 Inspirations package to personalise your new home. Our latest site is in the pretty Suffolk village of Stradbroke. The new 60 home development at All Saints Green will include a mixture of two, three and four bedroom homes and two and three bedroom bungalows.
