“Taking inspiration from the surrounding Suffolk countryside, our styling for the Silverdale showhome at All Saints Green brings together natural colours and textures alongside bold botanical prints to create an elegant family home. The primary colour palette is sage green and blush pink, and we’ve incorporated soft greys, natural woods and gold metallics for contrast.
“The showpiece of this home is its spectacular living room, which is flooded with natural light from a central bay window. Here, we’ve included a deep buttoned window seat to make this an ideal spot for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Two deep green velvet sofas and two occasional chairs ensure this room has plenty of space to entertain. In the kitchen/diner, we’ve made an eye-catching feature wall using two of this year’s trends, panelling and wallpaper, giving the appearance of a smart country hotel.
“Upstairs, the bedrooms are styled as retreats for parents, children and guests. Both the main and guest bedrooms echo the botanical styling with dramatic floral wallpaper, while the children’s rooms are themed around two of our favourite country pursuits; walks with the dog and horse-riding. In these bedrooms, house hunters should also look out for the painted ceiling and customised chest of drawers, where we’ve painted a horse and rider mid-jump.”
