Lovell is inviting local construction businesses to find out about opportunities to work with the company on major housing schemes in north Essex, south Suffolk and south Cambridgeshire.
The company is holding a free ‘Meet the Buyer’ event at the Radisson Blu Hotel, London Stansted Airport, on Tuesday, 29 November where potential supply chain partners can find out more. The event will work on a drop-in basis but anyone planning to attend is asked to register in advance here.
Lovell regional director Simon Medler says: “We have a number of major homes schemes under way, or about to start, in the area and are looking for high-quality local subcontractors with relevant experience and the right skills to work with us.
“Our event on 29 November is a chance to meet our project teams and find out more about Lovell and working with us on some exciting new-build housing and regeneration projects which offer great opportunities for local companies to get involved.
“As a company firmly committed to investing in the areas where we operate, it’s important to us that we recruit local firms. We want to ensure that local communities get maximum benefit from the investment, jobs and training we provide through major housing projects.”
The ‘Meet the Buyer’ event, which includes refreshments, will take place from 7am to 7pm at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Waltham Close, London Stansted Airport, Essex CM24 1PP.
