The offer is open to all individuals aged 18 or over who reserve a Lovell Home at participating developments during the promotional period. 

Reservations must be completed and confirmed with a reservation fee paid on 25th or 26th January 2025. 

Employees of Lovell Homes, their immediate families, agents, or any third parties directly associated with the promotion are not eligible. 

Each eligible participant will receive one (1) £100 IKEA voucher. 

The Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives. 

The Voucher will be issued to the eligible participant after the reservation has been confirmed. 

One voucher per household/reservation, regardless of the number of homes reserved. 

The offer is valid only for reservations made on 25th and 26th January 2025; reservations outside this period will not qualify. 

Lovell Homes reserves the right to substitute the Voucher with an item of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so. 

Lovell Homes reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. 

This offer is subject to Lovell Homes' general terms and conditions and cannot be used in conjunction with any other incentive or offer.
