Park View offers a varied collection of brand new two-, three- and four-bedroom energy efficient, high spec homes featuring underfloor heating. There are two show homes to browse – a four-bedroom Ashdown and 3-bedroom Newbury. The interiors of our two new stunning show homes were designed by Edward Thomas.
Here they talk about what inspired them and what you can expect…
“Our inspiration at Park View was the town of Holt itself – the nearby Holt Country Park and the beautiful Norfolk countryside. Both the three- and four-bedroom homes feature strong, water-based shades of blue and green in their designs, relating to the town’s proximity to the coast, while each has further individual references to Holt and its surroundings. For example, in the kitchen/diner of the three-bedroom Newbury, we’ve curated a collection of wall art depicting black and white scenes of Holt Country Park. This home also has a playful child’s bedroom with a camping theme including woodland wall mural and tent-shaped desk which is really cute.
“In the four-bedroom Ashdown, our material choices all echo nature and include rattan furniture, as well as a spectacular curved wooden dining table in the kitchen/dining/family room. This matches the breakfast bar stools and creates a really rustic aesthetic in this space. Similarly, the living room has a feature wall with stag-print wallpaper to strengthen the connections with country living.''
“Holt is a charming market town that will attract purchasers from all stages of life so our designs for these two show homes was deliberately ageless. Both are well-proportioned homes with plenty of space for families of different sizes, from those with young children to those looking to downsize. Our designs for the guest bedrooms deliberately reflect this, so are styled to appeal to young children, teenagers or visiting grandchildren alike.”
